At this time, our planet is going through a very important evolutionary shift and there are many of us who are experiencing a deep soul awakening. Part of this awakening is to elevate the vibration of our planet by remembering who we are, were and where we are going. Through the process of deep soul recognition, we can consciously tune into our soul’s plan and come into our remembering as multidimensional beings.

Soul Archaeology: A Soul Regression Journey is a three-part series of soul regressions journeying through the many iterations of the Soul. It is a self-exploration through your past lives, your between lives and your future lives within a safe and supported container led by Mary. Similar to an archaeologist, we will gently uncover the forgotten fractals of your soul and piece them together like a spider weaving its web of a much larger tapestry.

During each soul regression, Mary will offer helpful information and guidance about each type of regression: a past, a between and a future life. Then we will set intentions and questions for the Higher Self and our Spirit Guides. Mary will then lead everyone into a relaxed state using a meditative visualization which will engage with your Higher Self and help guide you through each journey. After we finish the regressions, there will be space for journaling/integration, sharing and any questions.

What is Soul Regression? 

Soul regression is a gentle form of hypnotherapy which takes you back to your previous incarnations or between lives by accessing memories and experiences that are normally stored in the subconscious mind. You are completely aware throughout the meditation in a deeply relaxed state.

What is a Between Life Soul Regression?

Between Life Soul Regression is a gentle form of hypnotherapy which takes you back to your soul home: The Afterlife. There, you will journey through the “Other Side”, connect with your Higher Self, meet your soul family, go through a life review, and more. 

What is Soul Progression?

Future Soul Progression guides you to explore future scenarios. It can help you to make clear, more confident decisions, and manifest an abundant future. Imagining the future with positive intention can show you choices that you didn’t know were available, and help you move into authentic, soul alignment.
