Refund and Cancellation

Readings Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please make sure you give us at least 48 hours notice, or you will be charged the cost of the session. Due to the current waitlist time of a reading with Mary, we cannot guarantee you will we able to reschedule your reading due to her books filling quickly. Please keep that in mind.
No refund will be given if I do not receive a 48 hour notice to reschedule your reading. If Mary is ill or there is an emergency, we will reschedule or refund your reading.

Course Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received more than one month (30 days) before course commencement will be refunded 90% of the original course price. 10% of the original payment will be reserved by The Woven Channel.
Cancellations received less than one month (30 days) before course commencement will be refunded 80% of the original course price. 20% of the original payment will be reserved by The Woven Channel.
After the start of the masterclass, no refund will be issued.

Trance Channeling Circle Cancellation Policy

Upon sign-up, you commit to a three-month recurring payment period. After the initial three months, billing continues monthly unless you cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle after you notify us.
Your enrollment will end at the start of the next billing cycle following your notice
